Spanish aristocrat and style icon Nati Abascal, now 82, once again showcased her boundless energy and remarkable physical shape to the public. This summer, she is spending her vacation cruising the waters of Italy aboard the luxurious yacht of her longtime friend, renowned designer Valentino Garavani. After a period of silence on social media, Abascal posted a series of photos that captivated her followers.
In the photos taken on the yacht’s deck, Nati Abascal poses in a form-fitting swimsuit, striking elaborate poses reminiscent of acrobatic routines. These images clearly prove that age is no barrier to maintaining superb physical condition and vibrant energy. The socialite’s photo session rivals the stunning summer shots of other Spanish celebrities that traditionally capture media attention.
The post sparked a wave of enthusiastic responses, including from Abascal’s famous friends such as model Nieves Álvarez, Fiona Ferrer, and Paloma Cuevas, who left warm and praising comments. However, after some time, the aristocrat decided to remove all comments from the post, leaving only the photographs. In addition to images highlighting her impressive flexibility, she also shared views of the turquoise sea, pictures of appetizing fruit salads, and selfies with the yacht’s hosts.
The yacht where Abascal is vacationing is named TM BLUE ONE and serves as Valentino’s regular summer residence. This classic-style vessel was built in 1988 at the Picchiotti shipyard, designed by Gerhard Gilgenast. The initials in the name, T and M, are a tribute to the couturier’s parents, Teresa and Mauro. The yacht is valued at 15 million euros, with annual maintenance costs reaching another two million.
The 47-meter-long vessel is powered by Caterpillar engines, enabling a maximum speed of up to 17 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. The yacht boasts impressive sailing autonomy—over 3,000 nautical miles—making it ideal for long journeys. Up to ten guests can be comfortably accommodated on board, attended by a crew of nine. Amenities for passengers include a gym, a spa area, and other conveniences. The interiors are adorned with original works of art, including pieces by Andy Warhol, which guests can admire, among them the mother of Rafael and Luis Medina, known in Spain as Nati Abascal.
