In 2026, Madrid will host the Spanish Grand Prix for Formula 1 for the first time, with general ticket sales opening on September 23. Motorsport fans will be able to purchase seats at the new Madring circuit, which is expected to become one of the most modern tracks in Europe. Sales will begin at 10:00 pm local time on www.madring.com, but you must first register for the waiting list on the Fever platform. The number of tickets is limited, so it’s advised not to delay.
Previously, tickets were offered in an exclusive presale for American Express cardholders, and they sold out within minutes. Another wave of early sales was held for Banco Santander clients, but now the general public’s turn has come. Organizers expect high demand, as interest in the event is enormous.
The Grand Prix itself will take place from September 11 to 13, 2026. The new Madring track will stretch 5.4 kilometers and include 22 turns, running around Ifema Madrid exhibition center and the surrounding area in the Valdebebas district. The race will last 57 laps, and in its first year, the Madrid track will coexist with the traditional Montmeló circuit, whose future after 2026 remains uncertain.
Spectators can choose from several ticket types: full passes for all three days, or single-day entry. Additionally, six VIP zones will offer varying levels of service and pricing. The most expensive option is Club 91, where a three-day package costs nearly 6,000 euros including tax. The more affordable VIP zone is La Terminal, where passes for all days are just under 2,000 euros.
The regular grandstands are also divided into categories: the Gold Grandstand is located at the start, finish, and pit lane, offering covered and assigned seating. Silver Plus and Silver Grandstand provide good views of key turns, while the Bronze Grandstand offers more affordable seating around the track’s perimeter. For those who prefer the fan zone atmosphere, there are open green areas—Pelouse—with views of the circuit.
Organizers recommend deciding on your preferred category in advance and not delaying your purchase, as ticket demand already exceeds supply. For the first time in many years, the Spanish capital will host a Formula 1 stage, and this event is set to become one of the highlights of the country’s sporting calendar.
