Claudia Montes, a former employee of LogiRail, has come forward with revelations that could change the course of the case. According to her, former Minister of Transport José Luis Ábalos personally told her that Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez was aware of all the details of the corruption schemes.
Montes provided the Koldo case investigation committee with messenger correspondence with Ábalos that took place after her public statements. Montes also said that Ábalos arranged legal support for her and gave her specific instructions on how to testify before the Supreme Court.
