The 2025 summer season has once again confirmed: interest in luxury real estate in Spain remains high. Although most of these properties are out of reach for the majority of residents, many continue to dream of living in lavish villas and spacious apartments. This year, users were particularly drawn to homes in Asturias, the Balearic Islands, and Madrid.
The most viewed property was a modern villa in Cabueñes, located near Gijón yet surrounded by nature. This house offers both seclusion and proximity to the city, making it especially attractive to those who value comfort and tranquility.
Second place went to a spacious apartment in the prestigious Los Jerónimos district in central Madrid. The 383-square-meter apartment is located in a historic early 20th-century building. With 11 balconies and four bedrooms, it stands out for its status and uniqueness.
Third place was taken by a villa in Ibiza. The island has long been popular among fans of luxury, and this five-bedroom home, with a total area of 257 square meters and an 8,500-square-meter plot, became a real magnet for dreamers. The villa combines modern design and privacy, and its price matches its level of exclusivity.
Fourth place went to a villa in Mallorca with a separate guest house. The main building has an area of 501 square meters, while the plot covers 2,600 square meters. The house is designed to comfortably accommodate a large family and guests, offering separate areas for owners and visitors.
Rounding out the top five is another villa in Ibiza, set amidst nature. The house measures 380 square meters and has six bedrooms. Its architecture blends harmoniously with the landscape, which is especially valued by those seeking privacy.
The top ten most viewed luxury homes also included properties in Andorra, which came as a surprise to the market. For the first time, homes in this principality have attracted significant attention from Spanish users.
Analysts also noted that every autonomous community in Spain has its own leaders in terms of views. The most affordable among them are in Trujillo (Trujillo, Extremadura), Getxo (Getxo, Basque Country), and San Rafael (San Rafael, Segovia). These homes are listed for sale at around €1.05 million. The most expensive property in the ranking is a penthouse in Valencia, priced at up to €8.6 million.
Experts note that interest in luxury real estate traditionally rises in summer. Many people see such properties not only as a place to live, but also as an investment or source of inspiration. This trend continues in 2025: Spaniards are still dreaming of luxury homes, even if buying one remains out of reach for now.
