Actress Kira Miró Suffers Chemical Burn During Film Shoot. Kira Miró ended up in the hospital after an on-set incident. An ordinary toothbrushing scene led to severe burns in her mouth. The actress warns about the risks of using fluoride toothpaste.

Spanish actress Kira Miró faced serious consequences while working on set. During the filming of one of the scenes in the movie “Todos lo hacen,” she had to hold regular fluoride toothpaste in her mouth for almost an hour. This led to chemical burns of the mucous membranes and tongue, after which the actress was urgently taken to the hospital. According to Miró, the situation escalated quickly: at first, she felt a burning sensation, then bleeding started, and after the take was finished, her lips and mouth began to peel and develop sores.

The incident occurred during a shoot that required brushing teeth according to the script. Instead of a special safe toothpaste, the props team used regular fluoride toothpaste, which caused the injury. As a result, Miró had to undergo treatment, including taking medications to reduce inflammation and restore the mucous membranes. The actress points out that such incidents can happen even during the simplest scenes if safety precautions are not taken.

Despite the unpleasant consequences, Kira Miró continued working and soon recovered. She also used the opportunity to warn colleagues and viewers about the possible risks of prolonged contact with fluoride-containing products. According to her, the mouth heals quickly, but the sensations were extremely painful and unpleasant.

Filming the movie 'Todos lo hacen' was not only a challenge for Miro, but also a turning point in her personal life. It was on this set that she met actor Salva Reina, with whom she later began a relationship. Their romance became public after photos were published in ¡HOLA! magazine. The couple is now living together, and Miro is successfully starring in the series 'Machos Alfa'.

Injuries on set are not uncommon in the Spanish entertainment industry. Recently, TV host Ivonne Reyes was also hospitalized after an incident on a project, as detailed in the report about the finale of the popular show. Incidents like these highlight the importance of following safety protocols even during seemingly routine scenes.

For reference: fluoride in toothpaste is used to prevent cavities, but prolonged contact with soft tissue can cause irritation and burns. In the film industry, special safe compounds are typically used for filming such scenes to avoid these incidents. The case with Kira Miro serves as a reminder of the need to control even the smallest details on set.
