RUSSPAIN.COM prefers named, public and verifiable sources. Unnamed sources are treated as an exception.
Standard approach
Our baseline is to rely on official documents, public data, named experts, institutions, direct statements, public records and verifiable sources.
When anonymity may be considered
An unnamed source may be considered when the information is important, cannot reasonably be obtained otherwise, and identification could create professional, legal or personal risk.
Verification
Information from unnamed sources requires additional confirmation through documents, second sources, public records, official comment or other reliable evidence.
Transparency
When a source is not named, we aim to explain why the source is relevant without revealing information that would identify them.
