The Gordo de la Primitiva lottery awarded a €14.5 million jackpot in Madrid on Sunday, 30 August 2026. The winning combination, 12, 29, 33, 38, 50, with basic number 8, was announced at 21:40 in the official Salón de Sorteos of Loterías y Apuestas del Estado. The jackpot grew after the previous draw produced no first-category winner.
To play Gordo de la Primitiva, players select five numbers from 1 to 54 and a basic number (reintegro) from 0 to 9. The categories are: first (5+1), for matching all five numbers and the basic number; second (5+0), for matching five numbers without the basic; and third (4+1), fourth (4+0), fifth (3+1), sixth (3+0), seventh (2+1), and eighth (2+0), with odds and prize amounts decreasing across the categories.
