Eligible expenses include costs for venue rental, transportation, equipment installation, meals and accommodation for invited experts, as well as expenses for advertising and disseminating information about events both offline and online.

One of the main changes is that funds are transferred to organizations in advance in full, which allows them to immediately begin implementing projects without waiting for final settlement. This decision aims to reduce administrative burden and make participation in the program more accessible for small and newer organizations.
