Samur-Protección Civil staff quickly arrived at the scene. Paramedics stabilized the child's condition, performed intubation, and diagnosed a severe traumatic brain injury. After receiving initial medical assistance, the boy was transported in critical condition to Niño Jesús Hospital, which specializes in pediatric care.
Madrid police initiated a formal report regarding the incident and provided an escort for the medical convoy to ensure the fastest and safest transfer of the injured child to the hospital. National police officers also took part, offering assistance at the scene of the accident.
