Eva Soriano graces the cover of Women’s Health after three months of preparation. Eva Soriano underwent intensive training with a coach and nutritionist for the cover of Women’s Health. In the interview, she shared her challenges, personal values, and views on fame.

Spanish TV host and comedian Eva Soriano appears on the new cover of Women’s Health magazine, after completing a three-month training and nutrition program led by coach Juan Carlos Trillo and nutritionist Roberto Olivera. The project, called Strong Soriano, was conceived as a personal challenge: Soriano set out to reach peak physical shape and openly stated she was ready to push herself to the limit.

The magazine shoot was styled after the video for 'Da Me' by singer Bad Gyal, whom Eva calls her main musical inspiration. In addition, the team recreated the looks of other well-known figures—from Gisele Bündchen to Roberto Leal, host of 'Pasapalabra' and 'El Desafío.' Soriano and Leal have developed a playful friendship, which has become a subject of public conversation in recent months.

In the interview, Eva admitted that the hardest part of the preparation wasn't cutting weight, but gaining muscle mass. According to the nutritionist, despite an intensive diet, her body quickly built muscle but didn’t gain much overall weight. Soriano joked that if she had taken up sports earlier, she might have achieved real success in professional athletics.

An important part of the conversation focused on reflections about women's strength and changing attitudes toward training. Soriano emphasized that modern women are increasingly focusing on strength exercises, not just cardio, and this benefits not only their appearance but also their long-term health. She also noted that, for her, examples of strength and independence are not only Bad Gyal but also her own mother, whom she calls her guiding star.

Speaking about being in the public eye, Eva admitted that she does not suffer from imposter syndrome and takes her popularity in stride. She believes success comes to those who are not afraid to try new things and do not confine themselves to a single profession. According to her, the path to her current fame was far from straightforward: before her career as a comedian, she worked as a cashier, an administrator, and a sales assistant.

Other topics in the interview included her attitude toward fame, future plans, and personal challenges. Soriano does not rule out one day changing roles and trying new projects if she feels interested and challenged. She also wryly compared her magazine cover to Roberto Leal's results, noting that her shoot was more conceptual and artistic.

Interestingly, such personal transformations are becoming increasingly visible in the Spanish show business scene. For example, a recent reality show finalist also spoke about changes in her life and business — you can read more about this in the article about the finale of 'Supervivientes 2026'.

For reference: Eva Soriano is known for projects such as 'Showriano', 'El Desafío', and other television formats. In recent years, she has been actively involved in discussions about the role of women in the entertainment industry and openly speaks about the need to reconsider stereotypes regarding women's sports and public presence. According to RUSSPAIN, interest in such stories of transformation and personal growth in Spain remains consistently high, especially among audiences aged 30–50.
