A major new project is underway in Benidorm: a new residential skyscraper will be built here, set to become the tallest in the European Union. The initiative comes from TM Grupo Inmobiliario, and the building itself is expected to surpass the well-known InTempo tower, which has so far held the record among residential high-rises in Europe.
The new skyscraper will be located just 50 meters from Playa de Poniente, offering residents direct access to the sea and panoramic views of the coastline. The building will rise over 200 meters, with a total of 64 floors. The complex will include apartments with one, two, three, and four bedrooms. The prices have yet to be announced, but real estate experts anticipate high demand for apartments in this project.
Developers have placed special emphasis on infrastructure for future residents. The building will house modern fitness centers, relaxation and leisure areas, a private movie theater, indoor swimming pools, sports facilities, as well as a sky bar with an observation deck on the upper floors. For nature lovers, green areas are planned, allowing residents to spend time outdoors without leaving the complex.
According to TM Grupo Inmobiliario representatives, the project aims not only to renew the architectural landscape of Benidorm, but also to set new standards of quality living in residential high-rises. Special attention is being given to the facade design and interior spaces, as architects strive to create a harmonious blend of modern technology and comfort for residents.
The official presentation of the project is scheduled for September 2025, but key details about the future skyscraper are already known. The building is expected to become a new landmark on the city skyline and attract the attention of both investors and potential homebuyers.
Experts note that the emergence of such a development could significantly impact the real estate market in Benidorm and the entire Alicante region (Alicante). The city has long been known for its high-rise buildings and well-developed tourist infrastructure, and the new skyscraper could further strengthen its position as one of Spain’s most rapidly developing resorts.
While the exact dates for the start and completion of construction have not yet been announced, the project is already drawing interest from both local residents and foreign buyers. In the coming months, new details about floor plans, prices, and housing acquisition terms in the tallest residential building in the European Union are expected to be released.
