At 20, Jordi went to London to further hone his skills at The Fat Duck, Mandarin Oriental, and Ametsa with Arzak Instructions.
Back in Barcelona, he took the role of sous-chef at Hisop and, with the support of his colleagues, decided to open his own restaurant. That’s how Prodigi was born—a project realizing the dream of modern Catalan cuisine accessible to all.
