Construction of a New Residential Complex
In the northern part of Valencia, in the Burjassot area, construction has begun on the modern residential skyscraper AQ The One. This project will be the largest undertaken by the developer AQ Acentor in the region. The 100-meter-tall, 30-story building will stand out against the cityscape and become one of the tallest in Valencia.
Layout and Housing Options
The complex features 200 apartments, including options with two, three, and four bedrooms. All units come equipped with spacious terraces, providing ample natural light. Each property includes a parking space and a storage room. Prices start at 426,000 euros, while penthouses reach up to 1.5 million euros. This wide price range makes the project attractive for both permanent residence and investment.
Architectural Features and Infrastructure
The building boasts a modern linear design and spacious interiors. The ground floor will house communal areas: a family swimming pool, a large garden, a private cinema, a gym, meeting rooms, as well as separate areas for children and teenagers with a kitchen. For residents’ convenience, there will be a laundry room, pet washing area, bike and scooter workshop, and an electric vehicle charging station.
Spaces for Leisure and Work
The twelfth floor will feature a dedicated adults-only area. This space will include a panoramic swimming pool, a modern fitness center, and a spa complex with a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, and massage rooms. Also on this level are a coworking area, library, event hall with kitchens, wine cellar, and cigar lounge.
Investment and Development
The project was designed by the Ingennus architectural bureau, known for its work on Torre Zaragoza. Including AQ The One, the company has completed 11 projects in Valencia in recent years, investing around 470 million euros in the city’s development since 2018.
