Leapmotor has begun series production of the B10 at its Stellantis plant in Figueruelas. A brand video introduces the Spanish factory through a joking exchange between two men in a Zaragoza bar.
Series production of the all-electric Leapmotor B10 began at Stellantis’s Figueruelas plant near Zaragoza on 16 October 2026. The battery-electric SUV is the first Leapmotor model manufactured in Spain, and the plant is the Chinese brand’s first European manufacturing location. Production was planned at 40,000 vehicles a year, with output destined for European customers.
The Chinese brand marked the start with a video set in what appears to be a Zaragoza bar. Two local men begin with «Te sabes el de un chino y un español...», a familiar joke format built around people from different countries, then talk about the novelty of making Leapmotor vehicles at the plant.
The video introduces the factory’s new role through that exchange. The B10 is being assembled alongside the Opel Corsa and Peugeot 208 at Figueruelas; the Lancia Ypsilon is built there too. The production programme is part of the industrial cooperation between Leapmotor and Stellantis. Their joint venture, Leapmotor International, handles the brand’s international expansion. Stellantis and Leapmotor have also announced that the Leapmotor B05 is to be built at Figueruelas, with production scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2027. It will join the B10 and the plant’s existing models.
