Five of Huelva’s busiest beaches woke up to rows of towels printed with QR codes, inviting visitors to explore the future Sagitta El Rompido Living Club. The campaign blends digital access with a real-world preview of the new residential complex and its panoramic viewing point.

Early Tuesday morning, beachgoers in Huelva were met with an unusual sight: hundreds of towels, each marked with a QR code, neatly arranged along the sands of La Flecha, El Portil, Punta Umbría, Islantilla, and La Antilla. This bold campaign marks the public debut of Sagitta El Rompido Living Club, a new residential development by Loiola, aiming to capture attention at the height of the summer season.

Each towel serves as more than just a beach accessory. By scanning the QR code, visitors are taken on a virtual tour of the planned complex, including a preview of the panoramic viewing platform already installed on site. This mirador allows interested buyers and curious locals to observe the ongoing construction, which began earlier this year, and to visualize the future layout of the community.

Immersive Launch on the Coast

The campaign’s impact is immediate and visual, transforming stretches of sand into a temporary showcase visible from both the shoreline and above. The timing is strategic: with Andalusia’s beaches drawing peak tourist crowds, the initiative ensures maximum exposure for the project. Unlike typical promotional materials, these towels invite direct interaction, turning a day at the beach into an introduction to Sagitta’s vision.

According to information from the developer, the first residents are expected to move in at the start of 2028. However, details about which facilities will be ready by then or the phased construction schedule remain unspecified.

Project Details and Amenities

Sagitta El Rompido Living Club is set to offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside four-bedroom semi-detached villas. The development will feature a golf course, sports areas, wellness zones, commercial spaces, and a beach club. In total, Sagitta Silva will comprise 128 properties—106 apartments across nine low-rise blocks and 22 villas—along with communal pools, green spaces, coworking areas, and fitness facilities.

The project emphasizes integration with the natural landscape, situated near the pine forests of El Rompido and close to the sea. While the company highlights sustainability and comfort as core values, specific details on energy certifications or building materials have not been disclosed.

Connecting Nature, Leisure, and Modern Living

Loiola positions Sagitta as a new model of residential life, blending natural surroundings with leisure, wellness, and convenience. The official website promises residents access to commercial areas, restaurants, gyms, and walking trails, all designed to harmonize with the environment. The concept of 'slow living' is central, targeting those seeking a balance between sustainability and modern comfort.

Loiola, part of Uria Corporación, brings six decades of experience and a portfolio of over 5,000 homes to the project, with a stated focus on innovation and efficient construction methods.

By merging digital engagement with a physical presence on some of Huelva’s most popular beaches, the QR towel campaign offers a glimpse into how real estate marketing is evolving in Spain’s competitive coastal market. As construction progresses, the mirador and virtual tours will remain key tools for attracting future residents and keeping the public informed about the development’s milestones.
