The Lotería Nacional draw held on Saturday, 20 June 2026, delivered a total of €42 million in prizes across Spain, with Madrid and Alicante standing out as the main beneficiaries. The first prize, worth €60,000 per décimo, went to ticket number 20118, which was sold in four different outlets in Madrid city, as well as in Velilla de San Antonio (Madrid) and San Juan de Alicante (Alicante). The second prize, €12,000 per décimo, was awarded to number 63244, with winning tickets sold in Elche (Alicante), Morón de la Frontera (Seville), Moraleja de Enmedio (Madrid), Colindres (Cantabria), Candas and Oviedo (Asturias), Villablino (León), Sant Andreu de la Barca (Barcelona), Carranque (Toledo), and Valladolid.
As usual, the draw took place at the Salón de Sorteos de Loterías y Apuestas del Estado using the multi-drum system. In addition to the main prizes, the draw included a wide range of extractions and special awards. Tickets ending in specific two-digit combinations (01, 08, 10, 14, 23, 28, 44, 47, 58) received €12 per décimo, while those with three-digit endings (083, 129, 186, 266, 304, 307, 329, 469, 823, 963) were awarded €30. Additional prizes were given for numbers adjacent to the main winners: €1,000 per décimo for tickets immediately before and after the first prize (20117 and 20119), and €554 for those next to the second prize (63243 and 63245). Reintegros, which refund the ticket price, went to numbers ending in 2, 7, and 8, each worth €6 per décimo.
Further awards included 99 prizes of €30 per décimo for the remaining numbers in the hundreds series of both the first and second prizes, as well as for tickets matching the last three digits (118) and last two digits (18) of the first prize. In total, 4,134,100 prizes were distributed in this ordinary draw.
