On Saturday, June 27, 2026, the National Lottery distributed a total of €42 million in prizes throughout Spain. The first prize, worth €60,000 per décimo, went to ticket number 33478. Winning tickets were sold in cities including Santa Marta de Tormes, Utrera, Roquetas de Mar, Mérida, Barcelona, Borriol, Fernán Núñez, Córdoba, Ferrol, Navas de San Juan, Arucas, and Ciempozuelos. The second prize, valued at €12,000 per décimo, went to number 18619 and was sold exclusively in Madrid at the lottery administration on Calle Carlos Martín Álvarez, 81.
As usual, the draw took place at the Salón de Sorteos of Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (SELAE), using the multiple-drum system. The Saturday format includes the first and second prizes, approximations, number-ending extractions, hundreds, and reintegros. El Mundo’s explanation of the format lists awards of €60,000 per décimo for the first prize and €12,000 for the second, along with prizes for matching endings and adjacent numbers. In this draw, tickets ending in the two-digit combinations 00, 18, 67, 73, 83, 84, 90, 92 and 99 received €12 per décimo. The three-digit endings 069, 240, 386, 471, 538, 843, 945, 953, 960 and 994 each brought €30 per décimo. Four-digit endings 1751, 2543, 4990 and 7458 paid €150 per décimo.
Other prizes included €1,000 for tickets immediately before and after the first-prize number, 33477 and 33479, and €554 for those adjacent to the second-prize number, 18618 and 18620. Reintegros, or refunds, of €6 per décimo went to tickets ending in 6, 7 or 8. Centena awards paid €30 per décimo to the 99 remaining numbers in the hundreds range of both the first and second prizes. Tickets matching the last three digits (478) or the last two digits (78) of the first-prize number received €30 and €12 per décimo, respectively.
AS.com reports that SELAE validates the official prize list and is not responsible for reporting errors or omissions. The ordinary draw distributed 4,134,100 prizes, from major awards to smaller extractions, including refunds.
For tax purposes, only winnings above €40,000 are subject to a 20% tax rate; the first €40,000 is exempt. Under this threshold, only first-prize winners must declare their earnings to the tax authorities. Prizes under €2,000 can be collected at any lottery administration, while larger amounts must be claimed at collaborating banks. Winnings from online purchases are credited directly to the winner’s account.
The draw’s décimo was dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, founded in 1985, recognizing four decades of educational service. Established in 1812, the Spanish National Lottery remains one of the country’s most popular games of chance. Its regular draws attract widespread participation, while the décimo and series system spreads prizes among ticket holders and keeps the lottery part of Spain’s cultural and social life.
