Oasis will play two shows at Barcelona’s Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in July 2027. The world tour includes major cities in Europe and the US. Fans must register online for a chance to buy tickets.

Oasis has confirmed two concerts at Barcelona’s Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys as part of their 2027 world tour, ending weeks of rumors. The British band will also play in cities including Glasgow, Manchester, Munich, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Boston, Las Vegas, Slane Castle, and Knebworth. According to ARA and El Nacional, Barcelona is the only Spanish stop on the tour, making these dates especially important for local fans.

Tickets will be hard to get. Anyone hoping to attend must register on the band’s website before 17 September at 17:00. Registration does not guarantee a ticket. Instead, a lottery will select users to receive a unique code, which is needed to buy tickets through Ticketmaster. There will be no general sale—only those selected in the lottery can purchase tickets. Prices are expected to range from 85 to 255 euros, plus a 2-euro service charge per transaction.

The registration window for Barcelona closes at 17:00 CEST on 17 September, after which selected fans will receive a non-transferable code for ticket purchase.

This announcement comes after Noel and Liam Gallagher reconnected following more than 15 years without speaking. Their reconciliation led to a short UK tour, but the 2027 world tour is the first time in decades that Oasis will play on this scale. The band described themselves on social media as “The Most Damaging Pop Cultural Force In Recent British History” and promised a show “that shall be a sight to behold.”

Hints about a Barcelona date first appeared on 6 September, when Oasis posted a video featuring a Joan Miró poster in a bar, sparking rumors about a Spanish concert. The confirmation ends years of waiting for Spanish fans. The Estadi Olímpic, which holds tens of thousands, will host both shows, making them among the biggest on the tour. Rolling Stone UK noted that the announcement followed weeks of speculation and social media teasers.

Oasis’s use of a registration and lottery system follows a trend among major acts trying to limit ticket reselling and give fans a fairer shot. This approach has become more common as demand for big concerts keeps outpacing supply. Choosing Barcelona fits with the city’s growing reputation as a destination for international music events, as seen in other recent news reported earlier.

Multiple sources confirm that the Barcelona concerts will take place on 10 and 11 July 2027, and that the city is the only Spanish stop on Oasis’s world tour. The tour also includes major cities across Europe and North America, reflecting the band’s renewed global ambitions after years of inactivity.

For Barcelona, hosting Oasis is a sign of the city’s place on the global music map. The return of the Gallagher brothers after years of public feuding taps into nostalgia and pent-up demand. The registration deadline and lottery will test fans’ patience, but the scale of the event shows that Barcelona remains a draw for major acts. In a market where access to big concerts often comes down to luck, Oasis’s tour is both a reward for longtime fans and a look at how the live music business now works. The band’s focus on spectacle and exclusivity may frustrate some, but it keeps them at the center of attention.
