The Sportline tops Skoda’s Epiq range with up to 440 km of claimed range and 211 hp. Skoda has not disclosed its price.

At the top of the range, Škoda’s Epiq Sportline offers up to 440 km of claimed range and 211 hp, but the company has not disclosed its price. The most fully equipped trim focuses on equipment and styling, rather than a separate high-performance package, and is not an RS model.

The Epiq 40 has 135 hp and a 37 kWh usable battery, with a stated range of more than 310 km. The Epiq 55 produces 211 hp and uses a 52 kWh usable battery, with a rated range of up to 440 km. Published Epiq 55 figures vary by configuration and measurement, from 429 to 441 km.

Both versions have a top speed of 160 km/h. The Epiq 40 delivers 267 Nm of torque and charges from 10% to 80% in 23 minutes. The Epiq 55 delivers 290 Nm and takes 24 minutes for the same charge. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds.

Both cars have regenerative braking and coasting. An ECO assistant offers guidance on saving energy through the digital instrument display.

Škoda plans to show the Sportline publicly at the Paris Motor Show, running from October 12 to 18. The company describes it as a sportily styled version, not an RS model.

Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel come standard. The car also gets two-zone automatic climate control, front parking sensors and a rear camera. Wireless charging and a digital basic are included.

Matrix LED headlights pair with Top LED rear lights, while an illuminated grille completes the lighting package. Inside, electrically adjustable sports seats use Suedia upholstery. The same material covers the dashboard, door panels and armrest. A three-spoke sports steering wheel has paddles for adjusting regenerative braking.

Black exterior details and exclusive 19-inch black wheels give the Sportline a sharper look. Buyers can choose 20-inch wheels or a fully black roof. Other options include Travel Assist 3.0, navigation and a 360-degree camera. Canton ten-speaker audio, remote parking and a small front luggage compartment are also available.

Production began in Pamplona on June 8, 2026. The Epiq is the first Škoda in the brand’s history to be made in Spain. The entry-level Epiq 40 is already on sale in the country as part of Volkswagen Group’s affordable-electric-car programme.

Spain is producing four related electric cars: the Škoda Epiq and Volkswagen ID. Cross in Pamplona, plus the CUPRA Raval and Volkswagen ID. Polo in Martorell. Volkswagen Group says they share the MEB+ platform, with more than 80% of components and technologies unified across the family.

The broader Spanish programme has around €10 billion in investment behind it. Diario de Navarra reported that the four related models had accumulated about 150,000 orders by October 2026. That figure covers the whole family, not the Epiq alone.

The basic Epiq has been advertised from €18,500 after discounts and applicable purchase aid. That is not a Sportline price: Škoda has yet to say where the new trim will sit in the range.

Czech reporting put the Epiq 55 at around 779,000 Czech korunas. That figure is neither a Spanish price nor a Sportline price, so it cannot be applied directly to Spain. No individual sales figures for the Epiq Sportline have been confirmed.
