The total investment in these projects will exceed €140 million, adding 724 new apartments to the capital's housing stock.

Truliving offers housing designed for short- and medium-term stays, featuring a wide range of additional services. The Truliving Vallecas complex, acquired by Gmp last May, already includes modern communal spaces: a fitness center, sauna, cinema room, gastronomy area, coworking space, and a terrace with a swimming pool. The property covers 15,000 square meters and has received the Breeam Excelente certificate, confirming its high level of environmental efficiency.
Future Projects: Innovation and Resident Care
The two new residential complexes, currently in the design phase, will cover 67,000 square meters. They feature contemporary architectural solutions, energy efficiency, and premium services aimed at creating a comfortable environment for residents.
