Voge is shaking up Spain’s scooter market with the SR450X: a 398 cc twin-cylinder, packed with features, and priced over 8,000 euros less than the Yamaha TMAX. The model lands in September 2026 with five years of warranty and insurance included.

Voge is taking aim at the top end of Spain’s scooter market with the SR450X, launching at 6,288 euros. That’s more than 8,000 euros less than the Yamaha TMAX, and the price includes VAT, transport, and insurance (registration and some fees are extra). The package also comes with a five-year warranty and bundled insurance, making it a strong option for A2 license holders looking for value. Spanish automotive outlets confirm the official launch is set for September 2026.

The SR450X’s 398 cc parallel twin engine puts out 42 CV, so it fits within A2 license rules without needing a power limiter. It offers 44 Nm of torque at 5,750 rpm and uses a CVT automatic transmission, making it suitable for both city and longer rides. Voge lists fuel consumption at 4.3 liters per 100 kilometers, and there are two riding modes to choose from. According to Talent24h, this is the first time a 398 cc twin-cylinder with these specs is available in this segment.

The SR450X is already being listed by Spanish dealers as a touring maxiscooter for A2 license holders, with the 6,288 euro price confirmed but registration not included.

The equipment list is unusually long for this price. The SR450X comes with blind spot radar, front and rear cameras, a seven-inch TFT display with mirroring, keyless start, and tire pressure monitoring. Comfort features include an electric windscreen, heated grips, and a heated rider seat. Safety is covered with full LED lighting and emergency brake warning. Spanish sources point to this level of equipment as a standout in the segment.

Suspension and brakes come from well-known brands: adjustable Kayaba forks and shocks, a J.Juan front brake, and a Nissin rear brake. Both ABS and traction control can be switched off for off-road use. The SR450X rides on tubeless spoked wheels—17 inches at the front, 14 at the rear—and has 180 mm of ground clearance. There’s storage for a full-face helmet and a jet helmet under the seat, and the 18-liter tank is sized for longer trips. Spanish media note the scooter’s 220 kg weight and 795 mm seat height, making it a practical touring option.

In terms of price, the SR450X sits between the Zontes 368G ETC MY26 (5,592 euros) and the much more expensive Honda X-ADV (13,500 euros) and Yamaha TMAX (14,299 euros). The Zontes is cheaper but has less power and only one cylinder. The Honda and Yamaha offer more performance and a premium feel, but at a price that’s out of reach for many A2 riders. Talent24h points out the SR450X is 8,011 euros less than the TMAX—about 56% cheaper—though the models differ in engine size, transmission, and intended use.

Although there is no official brand source in public search results, independent Spanish publications consistently report the same key figures and launch timing, increasing confidence in the accuracy of the SR450X's specifications and pricing.

The SR450X will be available in green, white, grey, black, and blue. Financing starts at 90 euros per month, with a down payment of 1,023.13 euros and a final payment of 3,165.63 euros, bringing the total financed cost to 7,338.76 euros under current terms. The five-year warranty covers the first three years fully, with the last two dependent on servicing at official workshops and a 75,000 km limit. Insurance is included but depends on age, license history, and location.

For A2 license holders in Spain, the SR450X offers a mix of technology, comfort, and value that’s rare at this price. It’s aimed at riders who want more than a basic commuter but aren’t willing to pay the premium for established Japanese models. The advanced safety features and touring capability set a new standard for this segment.

Voge’s approach is clear: offer a well-equipped, mid-capacity scooter at a price that puts pressure on rivals. If the SR450X lives up to its specs, it could force established brands to rethink their pricing and features. The real verdict will come when the first scooters arrive in September 2026, but the SR450X has already changed the conversation about value in the Spanish scooter market.
