Mitsubishi has unveiled the updated Grandis for the Spanish market, which will be produced at the Valladolid factory. The new model will be available in two versions: with a mild hybrid system and a full hybrid powertrain. The base version with MHEV technology is priced at €26,100, while the HEV version starts at €30,300.
Pre-orders for the Grandis will open in September, with the first cars set to arrive at dealerships in October. The price includes a commercial discount of €1,200, and an additional discount of €2,500 is available when financing through Mitsubishi’s official program.
Production of the Grandis will begin in Valladolid in the fourth quarter of this year. With this model, Mitsubishi is expanding its range of compact crossovers designed for the European market. The Grandis is aimed at competing in the highly popular SUV segment.
The 130T MHEV version is offered with both manual and automatic transmissions. The hybrid HEV version features a 1.8-liter engine that delivers dynamic acceleration, efficient energy recuperation, low CO2 emissions, and economical fuel consumption.
The exterior of the Grandis stands out with the signature Dynamic Shield front and a hexagonal rear design. The vehicle measures 4,410 mm in length, 2,000 mm in width, and 1,580 mm in height. The interior offers nearly 500 liters of trunk space, making it one of the best in its class. With the rear seats folded, capacity increases to 1,455 liters.
The features include integration with Google services, a Harman Kardon audio system, and remote control of functions via a mobile app. The Grandis comes with an extended warranty for eight years or up to 160,000 kilometers.
