The ancient streets of La Llosa in the province of Castellón will once again be filled with the spirit of the Middle Ages. At the end of October, a large-scale festival will unfold here, which has already become an autumn highlight for locals and visitors to the region. For three days, the town will be completely transformed: its squares and alleyways will be lined with dozens of market stalls where artisans showcase their crafts and chefs serve traditional dishes.
The festival will open on the evening of October 31. On this day, guests will be welcomed by a festive procession featuring local dignitaries and the festival queen. Special attention will be given to children: a costumed parade, interactive games, and surprises at the culinary square have been prepared for them. The day will end with craft and food stalls staying open until late in the evening.
The next day, November 1, all market stalls and themed taverns will start operating from the morning. The program includes workshops, live medieval music, and family-friendly entertainment. Young visitors can enjoy pumpkin decorating workshops, face painting, and a puppet show about the adventures of a brave boy and a dragon. The day will conclude with an open-air musical performance.
The grand finale of the celebration will take place on November 2. In the morning, guests can enjoy workshops on temporary tattoos and glitter makeup, followed by a magical show for children in the afternoon. In the evening, a new puppet story about a knight and his adventures will unfold on stage, culminating in a fire show and a musical finale.
Throughout all three days, the market will feature food zones, attractions for children, as well as corners for fortune-telling and numerology. Organizers promise nonstop entertainment: animators and performers will keep the crowd engaged from morning till night. The event is supported by local authorities and the government of the Valencian Community, making it one of the brightest autumn events in Castellón.
