Spanish TV Star Fedra Lorente Falls Victim to Scam

Audience favorite left penniless – how scammers bankrupted the actress

Famed actress Fedra Lorente is facing poverty. Her accounts are empty and her debts are mounting. Her family was ruined by an elaborate fraud scheme.

An icon of Spanish television and a beloved figure for several generations of viewers, Fedra Lorente is facing a true personal crisis. It has recently come to light that the popular actress, renowned for her role as “La Bombi” on the legendary show “Un, dos, tres…”, has found herself in desperate financial straits. Lorente herself confirmed that her bank accounts have been emptied and, instead of savings, she’s been left with mounting debts. Her situation is so critical that she’s had to turn to the “Caritas” charity organization for assistance just to make ends meet.

The roots of this tragedy go back to events that began about a year ago when something strange started happening in the family. The actress’s husband, musician Miguel Morales, continued to work and earn money, but funds simply never made it into the family budget. Fedra Lorente directly calls what happened fraud—a carefully orchestrated scam that wiped out the family’s resources. The news went public during an especially difficult time for Lorente: the financial downfall coincided with a personal loss, as her husband passed away last September.

During this extremely difficult time, Phedra’s main support was her only daughter, Alejandra Morales. Phedra’s love story with Miguel, the brother of well-known singer Junior, lasted nearly half a century. They married in 1975 and dreamed of having a large family, but faced many challenges. The actress suffered three miscarriages, and the couple nearly lost hope of becoming parents. However, in the late 1990s, after twenty years of marriage, they decided to adopt a little girl from Colombia. That’s how Alejandra came into their lives, becoming the center of their universe from the very first day.

Today, Alejandra Morales is thirty years old and intentionally stays out of the spotlight despite her famous parents, preferring to lead a private life. Although she grew up in an artistic environment, she did not follow in her mother’s footsteps or become an actress. Instead, she found her calling behind the scenes, continuing the family’s creative legacy in a different way. Alejandra writes scripts for various projects and, according to Phedra, is absolutely happy in her profession, even though she inherited her parents’ passion for music and the arts.

Family relationships have always been incredibly warm and close. The actress’s social media is filled with shared photos capturing happy everyday moments. The loss of her father was a devastating blow for Alejandra. In her farewell letter, she called him her “best friend, playmate, and partner in every mischief.” Her bond with her mother is just as strong; they often share touching moments online. In addition, Alejandra maintains close ties with her cousins, Carmen Morales and Shaila Dúrcal, daughters of Rocío Dúrcal and Junior.
