The project provides for a five-story building with two underground levels. The complex will include 50 storage rooms, 87 parking spaces, and four commercial units. The apartments are intended for families whose income does not exceed 7.5 times the IPREM index, increasing the range of housing options for those seeking homes in Madrid’s rapidly developing districts.
Public-private sector cooperation
This project is being implemented under an agreement between Avalmadrid and the government of the Madrid Autonomous Community.
