Porsche and Pixar Create Three Unique Toy Story-Inspired 911s for Charity. For the premiere of Toy Story 5, Porsche has released three exclusive 911s styled after the animated film’s beloved characters. All cars will be sold as a single lot, with proceeds donated to major charities supporting children and families.
Ahead of the release of Toy Story 5, scheduled for June 19, Porsche has unveiled a collection of three unique 911 cars, created in partnership with Pixar. Each is dedicated to one of the main characters of the iconic animated franchise: Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie. All cars will be sold as a single lot, with proceeds going to support children and families through organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the American Red Cross, and Starlight Children’s Foundation.
The car designs were created by Bob Pauley, known for his work on Pixar characters. According to Timo Resch, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America, the project is not only part of the film's promotional campaign, but also a way to unite animation fans and car enthusiasts for a good cause. "Seeing Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie come to life on the road through the collaboration between Disney, Pixar, and Porsche is truly inspiring," noted Resch.
Collection details
Each car features a custom design reflecting the character's personality. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS, dedicated to Buzz Lightyear, comes in a white and green color scheme with elements of the astronaut's suit. The rear spoiler, styled as Buzz’s wings, draws special attention, and his famous catchphrase "Hasta el infinito y más allá" is displayed on the door sill.
The 2026 911 Targa 4 GTS model, inspired by Jessie, stands out with its new metallic body shade featuring blue accents and a red roof reminiscent of the heroine’s cowboy hat. The interior combines red and dark gray, while the floor mats are designed in cowhide style, echoing Jessie’s trousers. The door sill lights up with the inscription "Yee Haw!".
The third car—the 2026 911 Carrera T—is dedicated to Woody. It features a specially developed unique blue body color with a texture reminiscent of the character's jeans. There is a star on the wheels and themed stickers on the windows. Inside, there is individual branding, Woody's silhouette, cow-print elements, and the iconic Pixar ball on the gear lever.
Charity mission
All three Porsche 911s will be sold as a single lot, with the proceeds going to support children and families facing difficult life situations. As Timo Resch emphasizes, for many Toy Story fans, this project became an opportunity not only to mark the release of the new installment of their favorite story but also to contribute to helping those in need.
This is not the first collaboration between Porsche and Pixar: previously, a unique 911 Sally Special was created inspired by the animated film Cars, which was also auctioned to benefit charitable programs. The new project continues this tradition, bringing together the worlds of animation and the automotive industry for meaningful change.
