The chalet is in La Juliana, around 12 kilometres from Castilleja de la Cuesta. Irene Rosales stayed in the former family home there after their divorce. That property was rented; Rivera owns his new home. A 4 November 2026 report by 20minutos said Rivera had bought the chalet where he had previously lived as a tenant. The house has around 380 square metres and five bedrooms, along with three bathrooms. It also has a private dressing room, an open-plan kitchen and a music room.
Lecturas reports that the house was valued at €500,000 and Rivera borrowed €376,000 to buy it. Luis Pliego, the magazine’s director, outlined the figures on the programme ‘La tarde se mueve’. The loan carries an interest rate of 3.15% and is to be repaid in 360 monthly instalments. 20minutos also reported that the mortgage represents about 75.2% of the stated valuation.
The reported monthly payment is €1,615.
The purchase also brought Rivera closer to his daughters. According to the report, their comfort was a priority in his search for a home. In a TikTok post, he said he wanted a house that met their needs and felt like their own.
La Juliana is a private development in Bollullos de la Mitación. The chalet’s exterior includes a garden of nearly 800 square metres, a private swimming pool and a barbecue area. The development has green areas and schools, along with leisure spaces. Its facilities also include restaurants, a supermarket and a children’s playground. The official website highlights its setting among the Aljarafe’s pine and holm oak woodland.
Access to the urbanisation is monitored around the clock from a control point. Lecturas also reported that Rivera had expressed displeasure about journalists entering the private grounds.
