On 15 October, the Mossos arrested a 30-year-old man in connection with the August shooting. Investigators attributed several shots fired into the air to him and cited alleged threats and unlawful possession of weapons. They also cited alleged injuries. He is a suspect, not a convicted offender. Police were still seeking the person believed to have been injured and working to clarify the confrontation and identify those involved.
