Brosh launches a new phase in Estepona’s development
In Estepona, on the Costa del Sol, a major stage of the Camino Cortes Sur district transformation has been completed. Brosh, a real estate developer specializing in large-scale projects, has carried out work on a site covering 127,000 square meters. The plan includes up to 320 contemporary apartments. With landscaping works completed, Brosh unveiled two new residential projects. The first—Naya Residences—features 88 high-end apartments, with construction already underway since last autumn. The second—Nyra Residences—offers 81 units and is currently being prepared for launch. Combined investment in both complexes has reached an impressive 125 million euros. The projects offer two- and three-bedroom apartments, with prices ranging from 668,000 to 915,000 euros. Great attention has been paid to infrastructure: future residents will enjoy access to a swimming pool, gym, spacious communal areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens.
