In Benidorm, Spain, sales have begun for apartments in the under-construction residential complex TM Tower, which, upon completion, will become the tallest residential building on the continent. The project features 64 floors and a height of 230 meters, allowing it to surpass the current leader—InTempo tower, located nearby. The building will house 260 apartments with one to four bedrooms, and construction is scheduled for completion in 2028.
Buyers are offered not only apartments, but also more than 10,000 square meters of communal areas. These include indoor and outdoor pools, a modern fitness center, a cinema, sports courts, and a panoramic skybar on the penultimate floor. Special attention is given to an astronomical zone created in collaboration with the MUDIC Science Museum. Already, 25% of all units have been reserved, with prices starting at €530,000. The most expensive options are priced at €3.4 million.
The complex is being built just 50 meters from Poniente Beach, requiring an investment of €140 million. The design has been entrusted to two renowned architectural firms—BakPak Architects and GEA Architects. The architectural concept is inspired by the shapes of marine corals, emphasizing the connection to the sea and the city’s international character. For safety and comfort, the building will feature a monolithic reinforced concrete frame tested in the wind tunnel of the Madrid Polytechnic University. Residents will have access to seven high-speed elevators capable of reaching speeds of up to 6 meters per second, matching the standards of major global cities.
The implementation of TM Tower will help create thousands of jobs for specialists across various fields—from architects to builders and suppliers. The new skyscraper will not only transform the cityscape but also become a prominent symbol of regional development and a showcase of modern trends in European residential construction.
