The search for a 23-year-old woman missing since the night of December 24 has ended in San Sebastián. The young woman left her home on Christmas Eve and stopped responding to calls, which alarmed her family and friends. For several hours, her whereabouts remained unknown, prompting a large-scale search operation in the city.
Not only emergency services but also volunteers and concerned residents joined the search. Social media was used to circulate alerts with the woman’s photo and requests for help in locating her. Throughout the day, various tips were received, but none were officially confirmed.
That evening, it was reported that the woman had been found alive. According to search organizers, her condition is assessed as satisfactory. After being located, she was handed over to specialists for examination and necessary support.
The organization coordinating the search expressed gratitude to everyone who took part in sharing information and participating in the operation. They especially acknowledged the role of citizens who responded to the call for help and shared information online. Joint efforts allowed for a swift response and a successful conclusion to the search.
City authorities have called for all search notices to be removed from public access to prevent further distress for the woman. They stressed the importance of respecting the privacy and safety of those who find themselves in such situations.
