Víctor de Aldama, a figure implicated in a fuel industry fraud case, has given new testimony in court. He claimed that the envelope discovered during the investigation was personally sent by Delcy Rodríguez, who currently leads Venezuela’s National Assembly. According to Aldama, this envelope is connected to alleged illegal funding of a Spanish party and the International Socialist Movement.
