In 2025, the updated Audi Q3 Sportback 2026 will go on sale in the Spanish market. This crossover, which has become the brand’s most popular SUV-coupe, now debuts with a noticeably revised exterior, a modern interior, and an expanded range of technologies. The manufacturer has focused on blending sporty style with practicality, enabling the model to maintain its leadership in its segment.
The appearance of the Q3 Sportback 2026 follows Audi’s new signature style. The design was led by Spanish specialist Ramon Sellers. The body has become more dynamic thanks to a sloping windshield and a roof lowered by 29 millimeters, accentuating the coupe-like silhouette. Nevertheless, the vehicle retains its recognizable features and sporty character.
Significant changes have been made in the cabin. The traditional gear lever has been moved from the center console to the steering column, freeing up space for the driver and passengers. The windshield wiper control buttons have also been repositioned, and new control panels have appeared on both sides of the steering wheel, which, according to the developers, make everyday use of the car more convenient.
The main feature of the interior is the Audi Digital Stage, a unit that unites two screens measuring 11.9 and 12.8 inches into a single panel. The system runs on the Android Automotive platform, offering enhanced personalization options, a real tachometer display, and navigation map projection directly behind the steering wheel. This solution has been tested on other models in the brand’s lineup, but in the Q3 Sportback it becomes even more advanced.
Despite the lower roofline, the rear row is designed to comfortably accommodate three adult passengers. The car’s length has increased to 4.53 meters, and its width is now 1.86 meters, improving interior space. The center seat on the rear bench is now more comfortable than in most competitors in its class. The front seats and the driver’s position meet Audi’s standards for comfort.
The engine lineup has been simplified but remains diverse. The base versions come with either a diesel TDI or gasoline TFSI engine producing 150 hp, both paired with an S tronic automatic transmission. The gasoline option features an additional Mild-Hybrid system for improved fuel efficiency. For those seeking more power, all-wheel-drive versions are available with a 2.0-liter TFSI engine delivering either 204 or 265 hp. The top modification is a 272-hp plug-in hybrid with a 25 kWh battery, providing up to 120 km of electric range. This version carries the Cero environmental label from DGT and supports fast charging up to 50 kW.
Among the technical innovations is a new suspension with dual-action shock absorbers, which improves handling on different types of roads. The Auto mode is now called Balanced, and for all-wheel-drive versions, an Offroad Plus mode has been added, expanding the vehicle’s capabilities off the pavement.
In Spain, sales of the Audi Q3 Sportback 2026 will begin in September. The starting price for the 150 hp versions is set at €48,490, which is about €1,900 higher than the standard Q3. With this update, the crossover continues the tradition of combining advanced technology, comfort, and performance, remaining one of the most sought-after SUVs on the country’s market.
