According to the source, Roberto Carlos chose Viceroy Residences for its combination of design, privacy, and location, which allows him to stay at the heart of the action. One of the acquired apartments is a two-bedroom unit measuring 1,350 square feet with a 200-square-foot terrace, priced in the “mid-$2 million” range. The second property is a three-bedroom apartment of 1,850 square feet with a 250-square-foot terrace, valued at “mid-$3 million”. Both are located on the upper floors of the tower.
Roberto Carlos plans to personally take part in designing the interiors of his new apartments. The buildings feature three-meter ceilings, panoramic windows with views of the ocean, Intracoastal, and city skyline. The complex comprises 251 residences, with initial move-ins expected in 2030. The project is being developed by Naftali Group, with exclusive sales handled by Douglas Elliman.
Residents of the Viceroy Residences will have access to a spa, swimming pool, lounge area, wine bar, karaoke, VR simulators, concierge service, social program, and beach club. The building will also feature a restaurant and a private club occupying 1,400 square meters, operated by The h.wood Group, known for their Delilah and The Nice Guy venues in Los Angeles.
