Barcelona-born musician Frank Gálvez, who sang and worked as a voice actor, died on August 10, 2026, aged 49. His career connected several strands of Spanish independent pop, from his early work with Gasca to later collaborations and solo recordings. He emerged in the late 1990s with Gasca. The group’s album Telescopio, released by Elefant in 2001, became part of its early discography.
Gálvez’s collaboration with Guille Mostaza led to the duo Mostaza Gálvez.
