Wiremind, known for its tech in transport and entertainment, has taken on outside investment for the first time in twelve years. The €35 million round, led by Seaya Andromeda, will drive the company’s global reach and AI projects.

Wiremind has ended twelve years of going it alone. The French tech company just secured €35 million in outside funding, with Seaya Andromeda leading the round. Until now, Wiremind built its name in passenger transport, air cargo, and entertainment without a single euro from external investors.

This new funding brings in IronWave and Bpifrance, France’s public investment bank. It’s a turning point for Wiremind. But cofounders Colin Girault-Matz and Charles Pierre still hold the majority and keep full control. Finance.yahoo.com reports that Wiremind has stayed profitable since it started in 2014. In 2025, revenue jumped 67%. The company also signed 23 new clients that year.

In 2025, the annual recurring revenue of Wiremind's CAYZN platform increased by 81%, with new clients including Transavia and National Express.

Wiremind’s main platform, CAYZN, is used by over 20 operators worldwide. Big names include SNCF, Trenitalia, Eurostar, Ouigo España, and Alsa. In total, Wiremind serves more than 80 clients. Its tools mix human and artificial intelligence to help clients get the most out of their networks. Finance.yahoo.com notes that Wiremind’s SaaS products aren’t just for transport. Event organizers use them too. The company has moved beyond mobility alone.

The new money has two jobs. First, it will speed up Wiremind’s work in artificial intelligence. Second, it will help the company grow abroad. Spain is now Wiremind’s launchpad for South America. The company also wants a bigger footprint in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Cinco Días reports that Spain will be the base for Latin American expansion. Wiremind is betting big on global growth.

Pablo Pedrejón, a partner at Seaya Andromeda, put it simply: “Su software ayuda a algunos de los mayores operadores del mundo a aprovechar mejor cada tren, avión o recinto.” Wiremind’s tech delivers real results for major players.

Wiremind will direct part of the new funding to integrate large language models into its decision-making engine for pricing recommendations and to develop tools that simplify user interaction with its platform.

Letting in outside investors after more than a decade on its own is a big move for Wiremind. The company is aiming higher. Spain will be its bridge to Latin America. A sharper focus on AI is next. Wiremind is ready to take on the giants in global transport tech. For the industry, this shows that even the most independent firms see the power of smart capital when the goal is to lead worldwide.
