Wiremind has secured €35 million to boost its international growth and AI development. The company is set to expand into South America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, while strengthening R&D and adding advanced language models to its transport management software.

Wiremind just changed the game for AI in transport. The French SaaS company has pulled in €35 million in new funding. This move puts its global expansion into high gear. Wiremind, already known for its AI tools in passenger and air cargo transport, is now looking far beyond France.

This is a big shift. For twelve years, Wiremind grew on its own, without outside money. Now, for the first time, it has accepted external funding. The two founders, Colin Girault-Matz and Charles Pierre, still hold the majority and keep full control. That is rare in tech. Finance.yahoo.com reports that Seaya Andromeda, IronWave, and Bpifrance Investissement (through Large Venture) are behind the €35 million investment. The founders remain in charge.

The investment round combines private venture capital from Seaya Andromeda and IronWave with institutional support from France's state-backed Bpifrance, reflecting a blend of private and public confidence in Wiremind's growth strategy.

Seaya Andromeda, IronWave, and Bpifrance all joined the funding round. Their backing shows strong belief in Wiremind’s direction and technology. The company says the new money will go straight into growing its presence in South America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. These are some of the fastest-growing regions for transport and logistics. Europa Press reports that Wiremind will also grow its R&D team and bring large language models into its revenue management, capacity, inventory, and distribution products.

Wiremind’s main product is software for revenue management, inventory, and distribution. It serves passenger transport operators and event organizers. The systems help clients boost revenue, manage capacity, and handle distribution. All of this runs on artificial intelligence. The next step is to add large language models (LLM) to these platforms. Clients will get more control and better insight into their operations.

Growth has been fast. In 2025, Wiremind reported a 67% jump in revenue. It added 23 new clients, bringing the total to over 80. Ouigo España and Alsa, two big names in Spanish transport, are among them. This shows Wiremind can deliver real results in a tough market. El Español notes that the growing client list is a clear sign of the company’s momentum.

Wiremind's shift from purely organic growth to accelerated international scaling is underscored by the fact that, even after this major funding round, the founders remain the main shareholders, reducing the risk of strategic management changes post-investment.

For the transport sector, Wiremind’s move points to a future with smarter, AI-powered management tools. These tools promise more efficiency and higher profits. The company is betting big on R&D and global reach, but it is keeping control in the hands of its founders. That sets Wiremind apart. As it enters new markets and sharpens its technology, competitors and clients will be watching closely. The next leap in transport innovation could start here.
