This fact was misinterpreted by the public as a sign of a deep crisis and a possible breakup. ‘If it hadn’t coincided with his birthday, no one would have even noticed. It was just a regular disagreement, but because of the date, everything was blown out of proportion,’ Torrent explains. She categorically rejects the word ‘crisis,’ insisting it was merely a temporary conflict, the kind that happens in any long-term relationship.

To strengthen their relationship and improve communication, the couple decided to seek help from a family therapist. The initiative for this step came from Lidia herself. “We have a joint project—our family, and this project needs a solid foundation. Therapy helps us have calm, honest, and open conversations when there’s a third, impartial person present to guide the discussion,” she explains. According to her, the sessions helped them overcome the habit of mutual reproaches. Currently, the couple no longer sees a specialist, as they believe their main issue has been resolved.
