Bogaris Sevilla Norte has officially opened its doors along the SE-20, bringing more than 11,200 square metres of new retail and dining options to the city. The first phase features Action, Guaw and Popeyes, with Planet Fitness and Izumo set to join soon.

Bogaris Sevilla Norte, the latest addition to Seville’s commercial landscape, has begun welcoming visitors on the SE-20, known locally as the Ronda Súper Norte. The new retail park offers over 11,200 square metres of space and aims to attract shoppers from both the city and surrounding municipalities.

The complex launched operations on July 23, 2026, with three anchor tenants: Action, Guaw and Popeyes. Action brings a broad selection of household goods and everyday essentials, complementing the established presence of major retailers like Costco, Bricodepot, Aldi and Lidl in the immediate area. Guaw caters to pet owners with a dedicated store, while Popeyes introduces a fast-food option focused on chicken-based dishes.

From the outset, Bogaris Sevilla Norte has positioned itself as a multi-purpose destination, combining shopping, dining and services. The initial mix allows visitors to find home products, pet supplies and quick meals under one roof, with further expansion already planned. Planet Fitness, a well-known gym chain, and Izumo, a new gastronomic concept, are both scheduled to open in the coming months, broadening the park’s appeal to those seeking fitness and diverse dining experiences.

The location of Bogaris Sevilla Norte is strategic, connecting directly to Seville and several key towns in the metropolitan area, including La Rinconada, Brenes, Alcalá del Río and Cantillana. Its proximity to other major retailers creates a commercial hub that is expected to draw steady foot traffic from both urban and provincial customers. The ongoing growth of residential developments nearby further supports the park’s ambitions to become a central shopping and leisure destination.

Management of the new complex falls under LAP Real Estate, which continues to expand its footprint in Andalusia. The company’s portfolio already includes Bahía Azul retail park, El Tablero Leisure Centre and Alcaidesa Marina Ocio & Shopping. The opening of Bogaris Sevilla Norte reflects the continued strength of retail park formats in Spain, especially when they combine strong transport links, established brands and access to growing neighbourhoods. As the park fills out with new tenants, its mix of retail, food and fitness is set to evolve further.

Seville’s retail sector has seen a wave of new developments in recent years. For example, the Madrid Sur Mall in Vallecas is nearing completion of a major expansion, underlining the broader trend of large-scale retail projects reshaping urban shopping habits across Spain.
