Bogaris Sevilla Norte has begun welcoming visitors beside the SE-20, Seville’s Ronda Súper Norte. The retail and leisure complex covers more than 11,200 square metres and is positioned to serve shoppers from across the city and nearby municipalities.
The complex began operations on 23 July 2026, with Action and Guaw joined by Popeyes as its initial tenants. Action offers household goods and everyday essentials, while Guaw serves pet owners. Popeyes adds a fast-food option focused on chicken dishes. Nearby retailers include Costco and Bricodepot, as well as Aldi and Lidl.
The opening mix brings shopping and dining together, with further additions planned. Planet Fitness and Izumo are expected to join the complex, adding fitness and another dining option.
Located beside the SE-20, Bogaris Sevilla Norte connects with Seville and nearby towns including La Rinconada and Brenes, as well as Alcalá del Río and Cantillana. Its retail, food and leisure offer targets visitors from the wider metropolitan area and the city.
LAP Real Estate manages the complex. Its portfolio includes Bahía Azul retail park and El Tablero Leisure Centre, along with Alcaidesa Marina Ocio & Shopping. Action, Guaw and Popeyes are now operating, while Planet Fitness and Izumo are planned as the park develops.
Seville’s retail sector has seen new projects in recent years. The Madrid Sur Mall in Vallecas is nearing completion of a major expansion, another example of large-scale retail projects reshaping shopping options in Spain.
