Avatr expects to enter Spain in the first half of 2027, then introduce six models over three years. The 06T and 07L are first in line, with European service support also planned.

At the Paris Motor Show, Avatr’s head of international business, Justin Li, set out the company’s plan to enter Spain in the first half of 2027. Avatr has begun looking for local dealers and partners.

The Chinese manufacturer intends to launch six vehicles over three years. The range will span medium and large SUVs. It will also include shooting-brake bodies.

The first two models named are the Avatr 06T and 07L. The 06T is a shooting brake, while the 07L is an SUV. A report on the 06T has already outlined its place in Avatr’s planned Spanish entry. Industry reports describe versions of both models with power outputs of up to 955 hp.

That leaves four more vehicles to arrive during the three-year programme. Avatr has named Spain and Norway as its first European launch markets. In Norway, local partner RSA expects the first vehicles in the first quarter of 2027.

At the October 2026 Paris Motor Show, Avatr also displayed the T09 prototype as a preview of its design direction. The company calls that approach “Emotive Luxury”. Its Global Design Centre is in Munich and works closely with the Shanghai headquarters. Nader Faghihzadeh leads the centre.

Avatr’s business plan draws on Changan’s automotive capabilities. CATL supplies battery technology, while Avatr handles its own research and development. The company says it is already present in 70 countries and regions, with more than 280,000 sales. By 2030, it aims to operate in 110 markets. It also wants international registrations to account for 50% of its total.

Spain is part of that wider overseas expansion. Avatr says it will work with local partners and selected distributors to build its operating capacity in Spain. Norway is also due to see the brand arrive in 2027, and the two countries are intended to anchor its European growth.

Service after the sale is another part of the plan. Avatr says support will prioritize a prompt response. The company also promises transparent service, with efficiency among its stated aims. It describes its intended approach as premium professionalism and comprehensive customer care.

Parts logistics are meant to support repairs and roadside assistance. The plan also includes battery inspection. Recycling is included too.
