The electric E-TENSE range starts with a 230 hp front-wheel-lead model (74 kWh battery, 504 km range), followed by a 245 hp version (97 kWh battery, 684 km range) and a 350 hp all-wheel-lead flagship (97 kWh battery, 638 km range, 0-100 km/h in 7.8 seconds, 190 km/h top speed).

Neither model is aimed at bargain hunters. The BMW X2 starts at €50,450, below the DS N7’s entry price of €59,159. The DS N7’s larger size, greater boot space and longer electric range may justify the premium for some buyers.

The BMW X2 stands out for its lower starting price and broad engine lineup. The DS N7 makes a strong case for buyers prioritizing space, electric range and advanced technology.
