The facility is designed to process up to 12,500 chickens and 2,500 turkeys per hour, with packaging lines capable of preparing around 300,000 trays of fresh product daily.
At launch, Aviserrano expects to employ between 300 and 500 people, with plans to expand to 1,000 to 1,500 direct jobs by late 2026 or early 2027, depending on business growth. The hiring strategy reflects the scale of the operation and its need for a mix of general and specialist skills.
